All of our products have their origins in the Koroneiki variety. Our olive oils are production of early, middle and normal harvested crop. The cultivated fields are located in Crete, in Greece. Depending on the product, we collect either the green or semi raw fruits, then we grind them with the ‘Cold Extraction’ method producing the highest quality of extra virgin and organic olive oil. In addition we store and protect the olive oil in stainless steel tanks with Nitrogen system. Therefore, it is rich in antioxidants which are very beneficial for human health known as polyphenols. Most importantly we test it twice. First of all with chemical and finally with panel test analyses. As a result we ensure that its quality meets our high standards. Our organic olive oil, it is certified by the Ecological organisation DIO as an organic farming product.
