This product is an exquisite Cretan extra virgin olive oil cultivated through organic farming methods. It's made from the olives of the regular harvest. Its origins lie in the Koroneiki variety, and the olive groves thrive in the fields of Crete, Greece. We begin by carefully selecting semi-ripe olives, which are then processed using the 'Cold Extraction' technique to create this premium extra virgin olive oil. Ensuring its quality and integrity, we store and safeguard the oil in stainless steel tanks equipped with a nitrogen system.

This olive oil boasts substantial levels of antioxidants, particularly valuable polyphenols known for their positive impact on human health. To guarantee quality, we subject it to two rounds of testing—first, chemically, and then through comprehensive panel analyses. This thorough approach ensures alignment with our high standards. Additionally, it's certified by the Ecological organization DIO as an organic farming product.

Product description

This is an extra virgin organic farming product. It is the production of the olives normal crop. It is produced from Koroneiki variety in the areas of Mount Psiloritis in Crete.
Our process is simple and advanced at the same time. The first fruits of the olive tree are ground using the cold extraction method then we preserve our olive oil in stainless steel tanks using the nitrogen system. In addition, using chemical analysis we tested twice to guarantee its quality. This way, we're sure that it meets our high quality standards.
The final result, is an olive oil full of antioxidants called polyphenols, which are truly beneficial for your health.
