Ensuring the high quality of our products is one of our basic principles. To make sure of the quality of our products, we follow a detailed process which combines the tradition of Crete and modern techniques. More specifically, the selection of our products is made through the following steps:

1. Personal contact with our suppliers. By knowing our suppliers intimately we ensure that the partners' values are in line with ours.

2. Closed circle of partners, which develops and grows through recommendations we receive from other trusted suppliers. In this way, trust is strengthened between us, our partners and of course our customers.

3. Attending seminars, conferences and workshops is an essential part of our journey towards improving our gustatory and organoleptic abilities. These events are an opportunity to learn about the latest trends and developments in the field, while at the same time offering us the opportunity to develop our skills.

4. One of the prerequisites for the selection of our suppliers is the examination of chemical and organoleptic analyses. The suppliers we work with must have valid analyzes issued by certified domestic or international organizations such as:

  • IOC (international olive council)
  • ESYD (Hellenic accreditation system)
  • ILAC MRA (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation)
  • WOCH (World Olive Center for Health)
  • IFS Food
  • BIO TUV Austria
  • DIO (Certification organization of bio products)
