Melopeion Fylladitakis owns a private production workshop in Kakodiki, Kantanos-Selino province, Chania prefecture. This region boasts rich flora, nourished by the pristine waters of Kakodiki river, untouched by tourism or residential development, and far from harmful pesticides.

Across Crete, we have over 1,000 beehives located in carefully selected areas to ensure the bees can collect pure pollen undisturbed. Combining traditional wisdom with modern expertise, we time the harvest perfectly to capture all the honey's nutrients.
