It comes from the fertile lands of Sitia, located in Crete's Lasithi region, and it proudly carries the label of "Protected Designation of Origin." This Cretan Extra Virgin olive oil is carefully crafted from olives that are handpicked with the utmost care. The olive oil is produced through a process called cold extraction.
