This product originates from mountain farming and is a limited production of mid-early harvested olives. It finds its roots in the Koroneiki olive variety and is cultivated in the fields nestled within the Psiloritis mountains of Crete, Greece. Our process begins by carefully selecting only the green olives, which are then cold-extracted to create this unique mountain farming olive oil. To ensure its preservation, the oil is stored and safeguarded in stainless steel tanks equipped with a nitrogen system.

As a result, this olive oil is rich in antioxidants, particularly the beneficial polyphenols that support human health. To maintain its quality, we subject it to meticulous testing - both chemically and through panel analysis. This meticulous approach guarantees that the oil consistently meets our stringent standards.

    Cretanthos Extra Virgin Olive Oil a product of mountain agriculture. It is produced from Koroneiki variety in the areas of Mount Psiloritis in Crete. Our process is simple and advanced at the same time. The first fruits of the olive tree are ground using the cold extraction method then we preserve our olive oil in stainless steel tanks using the nitrogen system. In addition, using chemical analysis we tested twice to guarantee its quality.This way, we're sure that it meets our high quality standards.

    The final result, is an olive oil full of antioxidants called polyphenols, which are truly beneficial for your health.
