This is an extra virgin organic farming product. It is the production of the olives normal crop. It is produced from Koroneiki variety in the areas of Mount Psiloritis in Crete.
Our process is simple and advanced at the same time. The first fruits of the olive tree are ground using the cold extraction method then we preserve our olive oil in stainless steel tanks using the nitrogen system. In addition, using chemical analysis we tested twice to guarantee its quality. This way, we're sure that it meets our high quality standards.
The final result, is an olive oil full of antioxidants called polyphenols, which are truly beneficial for your health.
