From the mountain groves of Kritsa in Crete, at elevations above 350 metres, comes KORONA Premium in its certified organic edition. Grown through systematic EU-certified organic cultivation — free from synthetic pesticides and fertilisers — this extra virgin olive oil brings together exceptional flavour, transparent provenance, and the full nutritional richness of Cretan terroir.

Pressed from organically farmed Koroneiki olives, one of Greece's most celebrated and phytochemically rich varieties, KORONA Organic Farming is naturally high in polyphenols, including the prized compounds oleocanthal and oleacein. According to EU Regulation 432/2012, daily consumption of just 20g of olive oil with a polyphenol content of this quality helps protect blood lipids from oxidative stress — making this a genuinely functional food, not just a culinary one.

On the palate, the oil is beautifully balanced: gently fruity, with delicate notes of fresh herbs and orchard fruit, and a characteristic mild, pleasant spice on the finish. Use it wherever flavour matters most — poured over salads, drizzled on fresh vegetables, or as the finishing touch on any cold preparation.
