The consistently excellent quality and flavor are based on the fact that pollen, nectar, honeydew, and propolis used in honey production are collected by bees in mountainous and semi-mountainous areas of the Chania region. These bees feed on the island’s rich flora, which is abundant in nutrients.
The production process for all our products is certified according to the ISO 2000:2005 quality assurance standard, as well as the international IFS standard.
